Tickets are on sale for the latest instalment of Pair’d Margaret River Region, which is set to return to the region with an expanded line-up of unique wine, food and music events from 20-23 November 2025.

The WA Government-owned festival will offer four days of events centred around the South West region’s award-winning wine, and world-class food, with events held at some of the region’s most iconic wineries and venues.

Events include the Pair’d Beach Club, which brings Australia’s best seafood together with iconic DJs and the region’s finest wines in a beachside celebration, and Nature’s Table, a four-course long lunch, which pays tribute to the ancient lands and rich agricultural heritage of Margaret River.

A new event, Ngilgi Reverie, will offer a fine dining experience alongside a performance inside the Ngilgi Cave by opera singer Silvia Colloca, while Burnt Ends and Friends will present a fire-forward feast featuring Dave Pynt of Singapore’s Michelin-starred restaurant Burnt Ends, joined by the Wills Domain team.

A suite of Michelin Wine Dinners will showcase collaborations with South West venues to highlight the region’s food and wine excellence, and the New Wave Gathering will return, celebrating new generation and low-intervention wine.

Thousands of visitors are expected to attend the festival, building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, which generated nearly $2.5 million in economic impact for the South West.

“The first year of Pair’d Margaret River Region was a terrific success and this year is set to be no different,” Don Punch, South West Minister and Acting Tourism Minister said.

“Our South West has an incredible reputation for food and wine and this event will further showcase the world-class region.

“The Cook Government is always looking to grow Western Australia’s tourism sector by attracting year-round events and welcoming unique festival back is part of our strategy to diversify the State’s economy.

“I’m certain the appeal of this festival will draw visitors from across our State and interstate taking advantage of new direct flights into our South West.

“Visitors to the Margaret River Region will create a boost to the local economy as they book out the region’s hotels, explore its wineries and restaurants, and engage with local tourism operators.”

Preceding the return of Pair’d is The World’s 50 Best Vineyards Awards, which is being held in Australia for the first time in the Margaret River Region and will promote the South West to industry leaders, media, and wine lovers from around the world.
