One of Australia’s most trusted parenting experts shared her expertise with 300 local parents and educators who attended her presentation ‘From Sandpit to Adulthood’ at Margaret River HEART on Wednesday night.
Hosted by Margaret River Independent School (MRIS), Maggie Dent gave common sense tips on how to help today’s children thrive to a packed crowd of enthusiastic attendees.
MRIS Principal, Wendy Roediger, said it was a privilege to host Maggie Dent in Margaret River.
“Maggie gave us a dynamic, engaging and humorous presentation,” Ms Roediger said.
“She shared ten keys to parenting that support what every parent hopes to achieve – raising happy, healthy, strong, kind children who are capable of adapting to life as it happens.”
Maggie Dent is the host of The Good Enough Dad podcast and hosted six seasons of the award-winning ABC podcast, Parental As Anything.
In 2025, she is appearing in the genre-bending ABC TV series about the challenges of parenting modern tweens/ teens, The Role of a Lifetime.
She is also the author of ten major books.
